I was commissioned to create a poster illustration for the Gathering Music Festival. This is a Highland Trad festival and as such the client wanted a modern take on classic Scottish themes. I designed a series of animal musicians using Scottish creatures and instruments that had energy and fun.
I designed the cover art and sleeve for hip hop band Spring Breaks debut album, Tropicaledonia. I wanted to celebrate the bands cult following by including fans on the sleeve.
We launched a Facebook campaign for the fans to get their faces on the cover and I created this wild party scene on the banks of Loch Ness with the band at the forefront.
Here are a selection of some of the beer label designs I produced whilst working with Stewart Brewing. These were limited releases and or collaboration beers and as such the brief was to create something that would stand aside from their normal ranges. It was exciting to design each of these as it allowed me to be more experimental, which echoes the experimental aspect of each beers brewing process.
At Kelburn Garden Party 2018 I designed the Square Stage arena. I lead a team of volunteers in the build and construction. I wanted to create a stage that, during the day burst with colour and emulated floral themes based around leaves, which then at night, with co-ordination with the lighting team, became tongues of fire.
In 2019 we renovated and improved upon the previous years design, expanding on the theme with larger than life insects and original flower designs.

I was responsible for the entire re-brand of Stewart Brewing, beginning with their logo redesign and extending to creating Illustrations for their product range.
The core range already had a strong Edinburgh connection and my brief was to reinforce that with a series of Illustrations that draw on Edinburgh rich history, encompassing fictional and historical characters with links to the capital.
I collaborated with fellow artist Ross Macrae to create this flaming Aztec totem, which was built as set decor for the Woodlands Dance Project, a music festival in Scotland.
This work was from a solo show that I had at Flamingosaurus Rex, in time for Halloween! I wanted to poke fun at traditional scenic views of Edinburgh and the differing viewpoints of mass tourism.
I designed this beer label range for Stewart Brewing for their hop series. In contrast to their core range I wanted to create an Illustration that had an aggressive edge to match the flavour of their beer. I took inspiration from the Clan Stewart Crest which includes a pelican.
These were a series of posters I created to raise awareness of the phone credit for refugee campaign that was launched to help war victims in the Calais camp stay in touch with their family and loved ones.
As part of my ongoing work with Stewart Brewing I designed the Limited edition Elysium range of beers. My inspiration was to create the feel of finding buried treasure from the bottom of the ocean.
I created a series of Illustrations to accompany a regular column of comedic short stories featured in Refresh magazine, an international gay lifestyle publication.
I created a series of Promotional postcards for Oddbins Wine Merchants
I was responsible for the creation of a new logo and assisted with the re-branding of Chesser engineering.
